There can be many benefits to working a part-time job. Working moms and dads can spend more time with their kids, students can put their earnings toward their tuition, and aspiring business owners can have a steady cashflow while pursuing their passion. Heck, some part-time jobs even pay just as well as a full-time job.

But what about health insurance?

According to Monster's 2019 State of the Candidate survey, 57% of respondents said affordable health insurance is an important benefit when considering a new job. Yet, only 34% of employers extend health care coverage to part-time workers, per a survey from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

So how do you find a part-time gig with benefits? Using data provided by PayScale, Monster rounded up the top part-time jobs that typically receive health benefits and ranked them based on median hourly pay. These part-time jobs run the gamut, with jobs ranging from warehouse workers and truck drivers to registered nurses and flight attendants.
