Before you apply to jobs, think about this: You may diligently care for your patients, but how well do you care for your own CNA resume? You can replace the traditional CNA resume objective with a career summary (a.k.a. professional summary), which appears below your contact info. In two or three sentences, highlight your achievements and winning traits to quickly get an employer's attention. It's important to show an employer you know that "patient care" isn't just some words on a page.
